What must a child meet to be considered medically eligible for SSI?

To be considered medically eligible for SSI, a child must not be working or earning more than $1,690 a month (or $2,830 if blind), and must have a condition that seriously limits their activities, expected to be disabling for at least 12 months, or expected to result in death.
